Return & Refund Policy

  1. Application for the Return of an Item

Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:

  • The Item has not been received by Buyer;
  • The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
  • Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer
  1. How am I able to request for a Return / Refund / Replacement?
  • Notify us that an exchange is needed within [*3 working days] from the date of receiving your goods by email or contact us with your FULL ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER, ORDER NUMBER together with the REASON OF THE RETURN.
  • Must receive a confirmation from [*Company Name] BEFORE return goods.
  • We reserve the right to reject request if we conclude goods sent is in good condition.
  • All goods must be returned in an unopened as well as in its original sellable condition with its original packaging.
  • A one to one exchange will be processed upon the receipt of your package.
  • Goods purchased through a third party will not be eligible for an exchange.
  • We are only able to waive the shipping charges if the return is due to our oversight.

Refunds will be provided if any product ordered is out of stock. A notification of refund will send via email or phone.
